One of the most noble things you can do is put your life on the line to save another. Another noble thing you can do is forgive. There is no greater example of this than the life of Jesus Christ.
Jesus was the son of God born in the flesh to the virgin Mary. He lived his life according to the word of God and without sin. In obedience to his Father’s will he was falsely accused, tortured, whipped and crucified. He died on the cross and was buried. Jesus presented his life and blood as a sacrifice for the sins of all who believe in his name. His Father accepted his sacrifice and signified this by raising Jesus our high priest back to life having paid the penalty for the sin of all mankind. Neither sin nor death had any claim on him.
If you return to God he will forgive you. By believing in Jesus Christ neither sin nor death will have any claim on you when your time on this earth is over. This web site will ask readers to ask God back into everything they do.
If you’ve removed all aspects of God from your home, then ask God back. If people have contrived to remove all mention of God from your schools, then challenge that decision, get it overturned and ask God back.
If legislation has removed aspects of God’s presence from government then demand they be put back. What difference does it make if an elected member doesn’t believe in God and doesn’t want anything that signifies God’s presence? Maybe God’s presence makes them feel uncomforable when they lie and deceive. Make them conform or get rid of them. When they pass legislature will they accept that someone doesn’t have to conform because they don’t like it? We need God’s presence in government. Winston Churchill once said that democracy is a terrible form of government, but it was better than all the others. God’s presence makes democracy better.
If the courts aren’t allowed to display the ten commandments then demand to know why and change the system so that courts can display the ten commandments. Its the basis of our community and it seals the exit from slavery and gives the promise of freedom. Ask why there are people who want to take away our freedom and send us back to slavery.
